Location: Sam Hughes
Project Description:
In the Sam Hughes neighborhood, this home began as a mid-century burned adobe home, featuring original terrazzo floors, wood beam ceilings, and clean, functional lines. Over the years, modifications aimed at evoking a more "Southwestern" aesthetic obscured many of its original features, leaving the home stylistically muddled.
Baer Works is undertaking a phased restoration of original elements, and renovation of the house to fit the needs of the owners.
