Location: Barrio Santa Rosa
Project Description: Baer Works was engaged to renovate and restore the final unit of the four-unit Sorta Summer Rowhouse. We made minor updates to the original 1880's adobe rowhome, which consists of three units, while the main focus of this renovation was to transform a modified and disorganized 1902 casita into a cohesive floorplan, complete with updated systems.
